On a living area of approx. 100 m² and a large south/westernly balcony with direct access to the park-like garden area, our demanding guests find perfect preconditions for restful and comfortable holidays.

Newly renovated in January 2013 and equipped with high-quality furniture of solid natural wood in all bedrooms and living rooms, our exclusive apartment provides a holiday residence of superior quality for up to 4 adults plus 2 children. Spacious floor plan, sunny living room with open fireplace and wonderful view to the old trees of the garden park, 2 comfortable bed rooms for adults, relax-room with infrared cabin for 4 persons, direct garden access and additional davenport for 2 children, fully equipped, separate kitchen with its own balcony, bathroom with daylight, bathtub and separate shower cabin, separate toilet, WLAN internet, 2 flatscreen TVs, underground parking lot with direct access to the apartment, basement compartment for mountain-bikes and sports equipment.

During the winter, our guests have their own personal, large high-tech ski-safe at the Planai gondola station (Planet Planai), where they can store their ski-equipment and use the locker room at no extra costs. Say good-bye to carrying heavy skis! The planai gondola station is within an easy 10 minute walk via pedestian areas and quiet roads, or you can use the ski bus; the bus stops 150m from the apartment. After your skiing day, you can immediately enjoy Schladming's lively Aprés-Ski scene, without worrying about bus schedules or how to guard your skis.

In the summer, numerous walking and biking trails, which are suitable for children also, go in the immediate vicinity of your holiday residence. The large and well-kept garden park invites for sun-bathing or simply chilling out; for the little ones there is a private play-ground. Of course, as our guest you will get the popular Schladming-Dachstein summer card for free. By this card, you and your family will have free entry to the Erlebnisbad Schladming, with its indoor/outdoor swimming pools and a large aqua funpark for children, during the summer season.

Personal guest service is our utmost desire. Personal welcome and farewell, delivery of pastries fresh from the local bakery, transfer from/to Schladming railway station (free of charge) or Salzburg airport (at a special rate), linen, towels and bathrobes included: this is only the beginning. On demand, we offer you a complete shopping service for food and beverage, from plain fare to regional specialities and up to luxury gourmet products, all is possible and always at fair prices. Upon your arrival, the fridge will be stuffed well, and you can start immediately enjoying your vacations, even at late evening or the weekend.

If desired, we will provide you with your ski passes on your arrival, or arrange for tickets for winter sports events or the Salzburg Festival (on avaliablity, please inquire early).

Exclusive Package for Ski World Championship:

Superior residence including week tickets for the FIS Alpine Ski World Championship for 4 adults + max. 2 children up to age of 6, WM Final Area Silver Tribune (top-class viewing, tickets sold out in official sale!), avaliable of both racing weeks. The tickets include also free admission to the evening concerts on the Medal Plaza!

Package Price: 4.095,- EUR per week

Additional nights before 3.2. or after 17.2. can be booked at the standard daily rate.

 

Included and Extra Services

The price for the residence is per night, based on the number of guests booked. Children up to the age of 6 years stay for free.

The price per night includes:

  • All consumption costs like electricity, water, heating etc.

  • 1 parking lot in underground garage, with direct access to the apartment. Additional parking in front of the property (depending on avaliability).

  • Linen, towels, 1 bathrobe per guest (for children too!) during the stay.

  • Set of cosmestics (shower gel, cream soap, shampoo, body lotion, face tissues)

  • Personal greeting and farewell by our guest service

  • Welcome drink: 1 bottle of Austrian champagne from top winery for the "Large", 1 bottle of high-quality Austrian fruit juice for the "Little" guests.

  • WLAN Highspeed-Internet

  • Mobile phone with Austrian number and credit for approx. 2 hours of telephone to Austrian, European and US fixed line numbers (can be easily topped up through vouchers) during the stay.

  • In Winter: Personal, large high-tech ski-safe at the Planai gondola station (Planet Planai) with drying system for ski-boots and locker room.

  • In Sommer: Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard

  • Free transfers from/to Schladming railway station

  • Leave federal road B320 ("Ennstalbundesstrasse") at exit "Schladming-Ost / Planai Gondola"

  • Turn to direction "Planai Gondola / Center"

  • At the frist roundabout, turn right into street "Langegasse"

  • Stay on the main street straight on. After ca. 400m bridge over river Enns. Then, before the railway crossing, turn right into street "Linke Ennsau".

  • Follow the street up to the end, ca. 400m, always keep right.

  • At the end of the street, turn left into "Hans-Klöpfer-Strasse". The first building lefthand is house No. 658.

Arrival:

Daily from 07:00 to 21:00 h. Apartment ready from 16:00 h (if avaliable, also more early). On early arrival, your luggage can be stored free of charge in our lockable basement compartment.

Departure:

Daily from 07:00 to 21:00 h. Please vacate apartment until 11:00 h (later departure on inquiry). On late departure, your luggage can be stored free of charge in our lockable basement compartment.
